Can I place an order if I live outside the UK?

Yes you can. We ship all over the world. Simply choose your shipping destination. If you live outside the EU make sure you tick the VAT Exempt button. VAT is only charged to those living in the EU. Shipping is £10 per order outside the EU.

Please note if you are purchasing an item from outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance if your responsiblity; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Does Roost Living offer Gift Wrapping?

Yes we do. And better still we do it for FREE! You will be asked on checkout if you would like gift wrapping. You can also add your own personal message.
 

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

In the first instance we kindly ask you to call us on 020 7485 3455 and let us know there is a problem. We will try and resolve the problem. If the package is lost in transit, we will resend the item to you.
 

What happens if there is a problem with the item purchased?

If there is a problem with the item please let us know. We will offer exchanges or refunds for items damaged in transit or faulty products. Please see our returns policy for more information on this subject.
 

Why am I only able to purchase one of some items?

Many of our products are one-offs so are only be available in limted numbers.
