Can I place an order if I live outside the UK?

Yes you can. We ship all over the world. Simply choose your shipping destination. If you live outside the EU make sure you tick the VAT Exempt button. VAT is only charged to those living in the EU. Shipping is £10 per order outside the EU.

Does Roost Living offer Gift Wrapping?

All orders arrive beautifully gift wrapped. Soon, however, you will be able to add your own message on ordering. However until this facility is up and running, please email your personal message to laura@roostliving.com or via our Contact Us page and we will add your personal message to the order. Please note, if the delivery address is different to the invoice address we automatically contact you regarding a gift message.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

In the first instance we kindly ask you to call us on 020 7485 3455 and let us know there is a problem. We will try and resolve the problem. If the package is lost in transit, we will resend the item to you.

What happens if there is a problem with the item purchased?

If there is a problem with the item please let us know. We will offer exchanges or refunds for items damaged in transit or faulty products. Please see our returns policy for more information on this subject.

Why am I only able to purchase one of some items?

Many of our products are one-offs so are only be available in limted numbers.
